It's not by Social Security number, it's by name and date of birth and then addresses and all sorts of other ways that we identify someone." Typically, the screening process takes 1-3 business days, depending on state requirements.

For instance, Mack clarified that fingerprinting is not always the best method for employment screening unless specifically required by contract.
