How Comfort Transit uses Bambi data to decide when to grow.
Dr. James Ndone runs Comfort Transit in Myrtle Beach on a simple rule: make decisions from data. He exported his Bambi data, ran the numbers and concluded the business could support a second van.

Busy is a feeling. He wanted the number.
Dr. James Ndone owns Comfort Transit, a wheelchair-accessible transportation company serving Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand. He started with one van and a rule he applies to every decision: look at the data first.
Running on Bambi
Comfort Transit schedules and dispatches every trip in Bambi, and riders can book directly through a Bambi trip request form on the company's website. Because every trip lives in one system, the trip history is there when it is time to make a call.
The second-van question
When the schedule started to feel full, James did not go on feel. He exported his Bambi data, analyzed it himself, and concluded that Comfort Transit could support a second van. He has since added another driver.
