$69 is per active vehicle, and active means the most vehicles you had out on trips on any single day last month. Your busiest day sets the bill. Van in the shop? Driver on vacation? Extra vans sitting on the lot? If they weren't out on that day, you don't pay for them.
Here's the catch: we're going to try hard to make every one of your vans busy. Run Bambi Run exists to pack more trips into the fleet you already have, so you cover more rides without adding vans. When your whole fleet is maxed out and you're buying more, we both win.
