Facilities ask for a flat rate. Families ask what a ride costs. Your rate card is per mile plus fees. Put in your card and one trip, and see the same price three ways.
NEMT Service Rate Converter
Turn your rate card into what a trip actually bills, then see it as a flat rate, a per-mile rate and an hourly rate. Handy for private-pay and facility quotes.

All rates are examples. Medicaid and broker trips pay the broker's rate, so use this for trips where you set the price. Estimates for planning only. Your contracts, routes and receipts decide the real number.
FAQ
Should I quote per mile or flat?
Per mile protects you on long trips. Flat is easier to sell to facilities. Compare a flat rate you're considering with the "Bills" column: past the distance where your rate card bills more than the flat rate, the flat rate is costing you money.
Can I use this for Medicaid trips?
No. Broker trips pay the broker's rate. Use this for trips where you set the price.
How do I charge for waiting?
Most rate cards give 15 free minutes, then bill wait time by the hour. Set both in the advanced section.
