4.1 Driver App Get Started Guide

4.1.1 Download latest version on your mobile device:

4.1.2 Log Into App

1. Open the App: Launch the Bambi driver app on your device.

2. Enter Credentials: Input your registered username/email and password.

3. Tap "Login": Access your account by tapping the "Login" button.

4.1.3 Dashboard Tab

1. Review Dashboard Tab: The Dashboard will provide a summary of the current shift information including trip, passenger, and vehicle information.

4.1.4 Active Tab

1. Review Active Tab: This part of the app contains only the information needed for the current trip that the driver is expected to complete.

4.1.5 Schedule Tab

1. Review Schedule Tab: 

• Tomorrow’s trip schedule can be viewed on the “TOMORROW” tab.

Note: Will Call trips have an approximate pickup time.

• The upcoming work schedule for the next seven days can be seen on the “SHIFTS” tab.
  
  • This includes start time, number of trips and assigned vehicles.

4.1.6 Settings Tab

1. Review Settings Tab: 

• Maps App: Select your preferred maps application for trip directions (ex: Apple, Google, Waze, etc.)
• Quick Action Button: Dispatch Communications
  
  • Click on this button to call or text dispatch.
