3.2.5 Trip Audit | Exporting and Downloading Trips
There are two ways to find and accept new unassigned trips from any Facility Ride Ordering Portal. These trips are automatically added as unassigned trips in the system when submitted by a Facility Admin or Facility User in their specific Facility Ride Ordering Portal
Navigate to the Trips section.
Click on the “All Requests” section from the top Sub-Menu.
All Trip Requests can be found here. They can be filtered by date, status, payer or other information.
To accept the trip click the “Requested” button on the right side of row for the trip you want to review, accept or reject.
You will have the option to “Accept” by clicking on the green button.
Note: New unassigned trip requests will activate notifications. These red bubbles count the number of new trip requests or subscriptions.
In the Dispatch section all these trip requests are automatically added as Unassigned Trips in the left sidebar for the date being scheduled.
You can Assign (Accept) or Reject these trips in the same manner as other trips.
