What Bambi does
Bambi runs the whole NEMT day in one system: trips come in, routes get built, drivers get dispatched, and completed trips become invoices. It has four main parts.
Run Bambi Run
AI scheduling and route optimization. One click assigns the day's trips to drivers and vehicles, weighing pickup windows, vehicle capacity, wheelchairs and traffic.
Fleet HQ
Dispatch and fleet visibility. Live GPS on every vehicle, real-time ETAs, driver status, alerts, credentials and inspections.
Driver App
Trip details, turn-by-turn navigation with live traffic through Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps, electronic signatures, GPS timestamps and an offline mode that syncs when signal returns.
Get Paid
Billing. Broker-ready invoices built from completed trips, payment tracking, QuickBooks export and card payments.
Other things providers ask about most: broker trip import, recurring trips, will-call trips, SMS trip reminders (in English and Spanish), Where's My Ride live tracking for riders and the facility trip portal where hospitals, dialysis centers and nursing homes request rides. See every feature.
Pricing
Bambi costs $69 per active vehicle per month. An active vehicle is one that runs trips. The bill is set by the busiest day of the previous month: the most vehicles out on trips on any single day. Parked vans cost nothing.
- Every feature is included. There are no plans or tiers.
- Every broker integration is included.
- No onboarding fee, no integration setup fee, no annual contract.
Integrations
Live API integrations (trips arrive automatically)
MTM, Modivcare, Verida, Alivi, Provide A Ride, Call the Car, CTS (Coordinated Transportation Solutions), WellTrans, MediDrive, Partnership HealthPlan of California and VectorCare.

Business tools

What Bambi is not
- Not a transportation provider. Bambi's customers own the vehicles and run the trips.
- Not an NEMT broker. Brokers such as MTM and Modivcare assign trips; Bambi connects to them.
- Not a claims clearinghouse. Bambi produces broker-ready invoices and tracks payment; it does not file 837P or CMS-1500 claims.
Security and privacy
Bambi handles protected health information for NEMT providers and signs a Business Associate Agreement with its customers. Owners control who sees what with user roles and permissions. Details: security and privacy policy.
