Two switches, then Bambi does the texting.

Rider texts run from the SMS Settings tab in Fleet HQ plus one toggle on each passenger's profile. No scripts to write and no reminder calls to make.

Allow SMS per passenger

Open the Passengers tab, click the pencil icon on a passenger, and turn on Allow SMS Message. Make sure a valid mobile number is in the phone field, then save.

Pick your messages

Under Settings, the SMS Settings tab lists each message type with its own switch. Turn on the ones you want, from booking confirmations to cancellation notices.

Set the timing

Booking confirmations go out for Any Day trips or Same Day trips only. For the pickup text, pick Near Pickup, sent when the driver is within 15 minutes, or Before Pickup, sent a set number of minutes before pickup time.

Bambi sends the rest

Texts go out on their own as trips are created, the day before each trip, and as the driver heads over. Spanish speakers get them in Spanish, and nobody in your office dials a single reminder call.
