Create the subscription
Open Trips, click the Subscriptions tab, and hit Create Subscription. Fill in the passenger, payer, pickup and drop-off the same way you'd add any other trip.
Pick the days and times
Choose which days of the week the trip repeats. Set the pickup time, plus an appointment time if there is one, for each day, and mark any day that needs a round trip.
Get four weeks instantly
Save it and Bambi creates the next four weeks of trips right away. Then a nightly subscription batch adds one more day, so four rolling weeks stay on the schedule until the end date. It works the night shift so you don't.
Assign and stay ahead
Generated trips land on the board like any other trip, ready for Run Bambi Run or a route template. Seven days before a subscription ends, Bambi flags it in-app and by email so a regular never drops off quietly.

Edit a subscription from its three-dot menu when a schedule shifts. Owners and Admins can delete its future trips; a Dispatcher's delete cancels them instead.
