The facility that calls three times about one discharge can finally stop dialing. The Facility Trip Portal gives each nursing home, dialysis center or hospital its own login and its own payer, and every request waits as a blue card in your queue until a dispatcher accepts it.

Set up the facility
Create a payer for the facility, then add Facility Admin or Facility User accounts linked to it. Bambi emails each person an invite to set a password and log in.
Facility submits a request
Facility staff click Add Trip, fill in the details, and pick the space type and service type. You decide which trip fields are required, so requests arrive complete.
You accept or reject
Requests arrive with a requested status, a blue card in the Unassigned column on Dispatch and a red-dot count on the Trips tab. Accept or reject from either page, and pick a reason when you reject.
Facility sees the answer
The decision shows up in the facility's portal right away. Accepted trips are then assigned like any other trip, by hand or with Run Bambi Run.

A Facility Portal: Trip Requested notification reaches owners, admins and dispatchers in Bambi and by email, with no patient details in the email.
Accept or reject anywhere
Handle requests on the Trips page or straight from Dispatch, with a red-dot count so pending requests never hide.
Live map of accepted trips
Facility staff can follow accepted trips on a real-time map, so the front desk sees the vehicle coming instead of phoning to ask.
