Bambi keeps driver and vehicle credentials in one place with expiration dates, and a Credentials Expiring Soon notification gives you a 14-day heads up in the app and by email, so renewals happen before the deadline.

Add team credentials
Under Team, open Credentials and click Add Credential. Pick the credential type, such as Safe Driving or CPR, choose the team member, and enter the expiration date.
Add vehicle credentials
Under Fleet, open Credentials, click Add Credential, select the type and the vehicle, set the expiration date, and save. Edit or delete it later with the pencil icon.
Get the heads up
Credentials Expiring Soon notifications show up in the bell menu and can go out by email, so the right people see a renewal coming before it lapses.
Choose who's told
Owners and Admins pick which roles get credential alerts under Settings, Notifications. Each user can switch their own email delivery on or off in Delivery Settings.
