Edit a vehicle in Fleet and add every seating setup it can handle at once, like two ambulatory plus one wheelchair, or one stretcher, one wheelchair, and one ambulatory. Yes, the same van can be both.
Add driver skills
On each driver profile, pick the vehicle types they can operate, the service types they provide, from curb to curb to door through door, and extra skills like bariatric, stairs, or student transport.
Layer on the rules
Add driver rules to a passenger profile as soft preferences or hard rules. In payer settings, limit a payer's trips to the allowed drivers and allowed vehicles you pick for that payer.
Let Bambi match
Run Bambi Run follows every rule and never assigns an incompatible trip. If no match exists, the trip stays unassigned for your call. Drag it onto a driver yourself and you can override the conflict.
