Signal drops

When the phone loses connection, a black banner says the device is offline. The driver keeps working through the trip exactly as normal, with no special mode to turn on.

Actions queue on the phone

Status changes, signatures, cancellations, and GPS locations save on the device. A cloud icon with a number shows how many changes are waiting, and tapping it lists each one.

Signal returns

The app uploads queued changes in order with nothing for the driver to do. The counter counts down, and the screen shows All changes synced once everything is through.

Records stay accurate

Dispatch sees each change with the time the driver tapped it, not the upload time. On-time performance, reporting, and billing all use those actual action timestamps.
