Define the coverage
Name the scheme, pick the payers it applies to, one space type, the service types it covers, an optional mileage range, and the start and end dates it's in effect.
Add rates and fees
Set a base fee, minimum trip price, loaded and unloaded mileage rates, long-distance rates, wait time, and fees for no-shows, late cancellations, after hours, holidays, weekends, and add-ons.
Price the long ones
Set a Long Distance Start and miles past it bill at the long-distance rate: at $2 and $5 a mile with a 20-mile start, a 35-mile trip prices at $115. Need full brackets? Give a payer schemes with different mileage ranges.
Price in bulk
Filter the Trips page, hit Select All, and price a whole batch in one action. Any trip that can't be processed is listed with a reason, so the rest still goes through.
