A schedule is only as honest as its travel times. Run Bambi Run builds routes from traffic patterns and navigation data, your own load and unload minutes for each space type, and your pickup windows, so the 6:15 dialysis pickup doesn't start life as a 6:40. Riders then get a live ETA by text.

Set your timing rules
In Settings, set load and unload minutes for each space type, from ambulatory to stretcher, plus early and late pickup windows and appointment arrival buffers. You can also tell routes to avoid toll roads and ferries.
Run the schedule
Run Bambi Run sequences assigned trips using live traffic patterns and navigation data, pickup and dropoff times, driver shifts, vehicle capacity, and your pickup window settings. You review it and hit apply.
Watch the road
Turn on Traffic in the Map tab and only slow roads get color, yellow through dark red, plus crash and construction icons. Call the dialysis center about a delay at 8:45 and they adjust. Call at 9:10 and it's a complaint.
Keep riders posted
Riders get a text link to a live map of their vehicle with an ETA that updates as the trip moves, no app needed, and the link expires when the trip ends. A pickup text can also go out when the driver is within 15 minutes.
