Fleet HQ requires a reason on every cancellation, checks for the passenger's other legs, and keeps the record.

Cancel from anywhere
Open the three-dot menu on a trip block in dispatch, or next to the trip in your Trips list, and choose Cancel. Drivers can cancel from the Driver App too, even with no cell signal.
Catch the other legs
Bambi checks whether the passenger has other trips that same day, like the ride home from dialysis, and asks if you want to cancel those too. Cancel just this leg or every leg in the same window.
Pick a reason
In the Confirm Trip Cancel window, choose No-Show, Passenger Refused Service, Schedule Conflict, or another preset. None fit? Pick Other and type what really happened, because "Other" alone explains nothing to a broker six weeks later.
Bill and report it
Pricing schemes can include a late cancellation fee and a no-show fee. Riders who allow texts can get a cancellation message, and every canceled trip shows up in your reports.

Custom Other reason
When no preset fits, choose Other and write the real story, so your records don't fill up with a vague label.
Multi-leg detection
Cancel one leg and Bambi spots the passenger's other trips that day, so return legs don't get left on the schedule.
Bulk cancel
Facility closed for a snow day? Filter your Trips list, select up to 100 trips, and cancel them together. Any trip that can't be canceled is listed.
Late cancel and no-show fees
Set a late cancellation window and fee, plus a no-show fee, as a flat amount or a percent of the trip, in your Get Paid pricing schemes.
Cancellation reporting
Reports count canceled trips by driver and payer. Custom reports add canceled by, driver-canceled, the reason, and minutes before pickup to your CSV.
