Bambi tracks when each driver clocks in, clocks out, and takes breaks, then exports scheduled versus actual hours for any date range as a CSV. Bambi doesn't calculate pay. It hands whoever runs payroll clean hours to work from.

Schedule the shift
Every crew schedule has a start and end time. Those scheduled times become the baseline on the timecard, so you can see who worked their shift as planned and who didn't.
Drivers clock in
Drivers clock in with Start Shift in the Bambi Driver App at the top of their day, and clock out at the end. The app tracks their hours alongside the trips they run.
Breaks get tracked
When a scheduled break comes up, drivers tap Start Break to clock out and End Break to clock back in. Break time lands on the timecard instead of in somebody's memory.
Export the timecards
On the Team page, open Scheduling and click Download. Choose a start and end date, export to CSV, and open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Send it to your payroll provider or bookkeeper.

Scheduled Work Hours sit next to Actual Worked Hours for every driver and shift in the range, so the gap is one column away.

Pull one week, two weeks, or a full month. Pick start and end dates to match your pay period, then export.
Clean handoff file
A plain CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, so your payroll provider or accountant works from the same numbers you see.
