Crew schedules pair a driver, a vehicle, and an optional attendant to a shift and repeat weekly. Clone day copies a whole day across a date range, so Fleet HQ knows who is on before the first trip gets assigned.

Pick the crew
On the Team page, open Crew Schedules and click Add Crew Schedule. Choose the vehicle, the driver, and an attendant if the shift needs one. One driver per vehicle at a time, and one vehicle per driver.
Set the shift
Choose a recurring crew schedule that repeats weekly, for up to two months or until an end date you pick, or a schedule for the current week only. Set start and end times for each day.
Copy what works
Pick a source day and a date range, then switch off days with the M T W T F S S buttons. A counter like 5 days, 10 crew schedules shows exactly what you're about to create before you click Clone.
Assign the trips
A crew schedule is a van with a name on it, not a list of trips. Head to dispatch and let Run Bambi Run assign the day to the crews you built, or drag trips onto a crew by hand.

Copy one day's crew schedules onto any date range, skip the weekdays you switch off, and check the counter before you commit.
Timeline and list views
See each vehicle's shift blocks on a timeline, or switch to a list to filter by driver, vehicle, or start date.
Attendants on the crew
Add an attendant to any shift, with the vehicle types and service levels that attendant is set up to handle.
Scheduled driver breaks
Add breaks on the dispatch calendar. Run Bambi Run skips break windows, so nobody's lunch turns into a 12:15 pickup.
Edit shifts from dispatch
Stretch a driver's shift from the dispatch board when an early trip comes in, without leaving to the Team page.
