Create invoices in Billing from completed trips, with line items and adjustments already applied. What you export matches what you invoiced in Bambi.

Pick what to export

Click the download cloud icon on any invoice row, or click Download Invoices at the top right of Billing, set a date range, pick payers (blank means all), and click Gather Data.

Choose QuickBooks Report

Select QuickBooks Report (CSV) as the report type and Bambi generates the file. Need something easier to read instead? Choose the Condensed Report (PDF).

Import on your side

Hand the CSV to your bookkeeper or import it into QuickBooks yourself. It's a download, not a live connection, so your books only change when you choose to import.
