Filter the list
On the Trips page, apply a column filter or a saved Filter Group to narrow the list. The Select All checkbox appears only once a filter is on, which keeps you from canceling next Tuesday by accident.
Select the trips
Click Select All to grab every visible trip, up to 100 at a time, then uncheck any you want to leave alone. Action buttons like Cancel or Price appear at the top with the trip count.
Pick the action
Choose Price to price the selected trips in one pass, or Cancel to cancel them together. When canceling a passenger's legs, Bambi asks whether to cancel the other legs scheduled that same day too.
Review and confirm
A confirmation window lists any trips that can't be processed, with the reason for each, so the rest of the batch still goes through. Canceled trips keep their reason on record for reports and billing.
