A facility calls with a same-day discharge, and if it isn't on the board fast, they'll call twice more to check. Bambi's Add a Trip form captures it in one pass: passenger, payer, mobility needs, pickup and drop-off, and a wait and return if needed. Save, and it's ready for Run Bambi Run.

Find the passenger
Start typing a name. If the passenger exists, click to select them, and their tags show right under the dropdown. If not, choose Add and fill in the passenger form without leaving the trip.
Set payer and mobility
Pick the payer, then the transport type, from ambulatory to stretcher or Wheelchair XL, and the service type: curb to curb, door to door, or door through door. Add attendants or oxygen as needed.
Enter pickup and drop-off
Addresses are chosen from the map database, so drivers get a real location. Add pickup and appointment times, stairs, ramp or stair chair details, a load time override, and notes for the driver.
Save, then add legs
Add a wait and return before you save, or later use Edit Trip for a round trip, a will-call return or an extra leg. If the trip looks like one already scheduled, Bambi warns you first.

Enter a manually updated price on the trip to override the payer's pricing scheme when the job calls for it.
Two kinds of notes
Notes for Driver go to the driver. Dispatcher Notes stay internal, so your office commentary stays in the office.
Link passenger to payer
Toggle Link Passenger to Payer so facility users with access to that payer can see and book for the passenger.
