A Medicaid broker, a private insurer, and the dialysis center down the street all want different things. Payers in Bambi let you set signatures, multi-loading, allowed drivers and vehicles, and pickup time windows for each one, instead of a wall of sticky notes on the dispatch monitor.

Add the payer
Click Add a Payer, enter the display name, and choose the type: Broker for brokers and public insurance, Insurance for private plans, or Private/Invoice for facilities and individuals.
Fill in billing details
Add a billing display name for invoices, contact details, EIN, billing information, and the External Id, the number brokers usually call your Provider ID, so it's on file when they ask.
Set the overrides
Choose required signatures, multi-loading rules, allowed drivers and vehicles, a default trip address, and how early or late Run Bambi Run may suggest pickups for this payer.
Price and bill by payer
Link pricing schemes in Get Paid to the payer so its trips price correctly. Pick the right payer on a trip and the matching pricing applies, and you can re-price if the payer changes.

Per-payer signatures
Require driver and passenger signatures for one payer while another simply follows your organization defaults.
Multi-loading rules
Allow or restrict shared trips per payer and pick who it can load with. Leave that list blank and its trips only ride with the same payer.
Allowed drivers and vehicles
Limit a payer's trips to specific drivers or vehicles when that payer only approves certain people or vans.
Pickup time windows
Set how early or late Run Bambi Run can suggest a pickup time for this payer's trips, based on the scheduled time.
Notes and inactive status
Leave notes your dispatchers and admins can see, and mark a payer inactive when the contract ends.
