Four steps from sign-up to dispatch.

01.

Activate your account

Request the Bambi order form from contact@bambi.health, then subscribe and set the quantity to the number of vehicles in your fleet. Sign in at app.hibambi.com and set your password.

02.

Add the basics

Enter your HQ address, add vehicles with their VIN and capacity setup, create user accounts for your team, and add the brokers and facilities that pay you, plus a Self-Pay option.

03.

Bring your data over

From the Passengers page, download the Passengers Sample Template, fill it in from your old system, and import the CSV. On-screen prompts map your columns and point out formatting fixes. Trips go in the same way with the Bambi Bulk template.

04.

Start dispatching

Create crew schedules in Fleet HQ so Bambi knows which vans run which days and who drives them, add your trips, and let Run Bambi Run assign them. Drivers install the Driver App to see trips and update statuses.
